Philip Nucleus Sia I, also known as Nuke, started the COMPETAD Training and Professional Development Services.

With over a decade of experience in the workforce, Nuke’s has both practical experience and theoretical know-how in management and communications. He started his career early in 2004 at the age of 19 while he was still studying BA Public Administration at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. He was the youngest supervisor in a BPO company in Makati, handling associates in one of its major programs.  In 2012, he moved to the Learning Department where he further gained experience in handling competency-based training such as Communications, Customer Service, Product and Process, and Australian Culture.

He developed modules for Leadership, Communications, Public Speaking, Time Management, Technical Writing, and many others.

He has attended training for topics such as Root Cause Analysis, Coaching and Mentoring, Adult Learning Principles, FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), and Basic Six Sigma. He has also undergone Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. He has a strong working background in Customer Service, Sales, Customer Billing, Escalations Customer Retention, Lead Generation, Sales, and other business processes. Some of the companies he has had training sessions with are MDC (Makati Development Corporation), Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (Aboitiz Group of Companies), NORECO (Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative), Charles Builders and Company (Makati), Palawan Electric Cooperative, The Commission on Audit (COA), Manila Toll Expressway Systems, Robinsons Holdings, Inc., and Sitel Philippines. These are companies from industries such as  BPO, Construction, Government Services, Tollway Services, Retail, and Electric Utility.

Nuke is also an active CORE Member of the PhilHRG, more commonly known as Philippines HR Group, the largest online community of HR Professionals in the Philippines. Recently, he has completed the training and fulfilled requirements for his CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) which is given by the IFPM (International Federation of Professional Managers), an internationally recognized organization.
